REFUND POLICY
- STRICTLY NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE

EXCHANGE will only be allowed for incorrect sizing (as shoes etc.) or a defected item.
- Unopened/unused items can only be returned within 7 days upon receipt. Anything beyond that is considered FINAL SALE.

Customized items (hot-stamped / engraved/personalized) cannot be returned / refunded.
- Once down payment is placed, it's been deemed activated and no refund will be refunded. Down payment will only be required once you have confirmed the item you wanted us to purchase.
