Do you have items on-hand?

  • We barely have items on hand since we only shop the items once clients have confirmed the item they wanted us to purchase. Once in a while we would purchase  "hard to find items" and bring it home - they sell like hotcakes though.

Are the items authentic?

  • This is the most common question we receive from customers, and we totally understand where you are coming from.  The purses come with a hefty price tag and you wanted to make sure you are buying an AUTHENTIC one. 
    I personally shop the items at the store, in the event that the item is not available at the boutique, we purchase it online. 
  • When we deliver / ship the items to you, it comes with complete inclusion as how it was issued by the store (box , paper bag, gift receipts, dust bag).

Do you issue receipts?

  • We always attach gift receipts for all your purchases.  All original receipts are kept as our copy for accounting and tax purposes.

Is your business legit?

  • We are registered under JCE Solutions Inc., operating business as "The Bag Fairy"

Can I pick up the item? If so, where?

  • Absolutely, although part of our premium service it to personally deliver it to you, you can still pick them up if you wish to.
